White Rose Laundry provides professional laundry and dry-cleaning services through online booking and doorstep pickup & delivery. Availability of services may vary by location.

2. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate personal and pickup details.
Clothes must be handed over as per scheduled time slots.
Garments must be checked for valuables; we are not responsible for loss of any personal items left in pockets or garments.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Payment can be made online or via cash on delivery (if applicable).

4. Pickup and Delivery

Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) will be communicated.
A service charge may apply for missed pickups or redelivery attempts.

5. Damage and Loss

We follow industry-standard processes and take utmost care of your garments.
In rare cases of damage/loss, our liability is limited to 5 times the service charge of the item or ₹1000, whichever is lower.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not accept garments with:
Heavy contamination (e.g., oil, paint, blood).
Infestation (e.g., bed bugs).
Strong odor or hazardous substances.

7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of White Rose Laundry and cannot be used without written consent.
