2. Pickup Scheduling
Customers can book a pickup through our website or by contacting our support team.
Pickup slots are subject to availability and may vary depending on the volume of orders.
Once a pickup request is confirmed, our delivery partner will arrive at the chosen time slot.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the type of garments and service selected (wash & fold, steam press, dry cleaning, etc.).
Bulk or non-wearable items like comforters, curtains, or blankets may take longer due to processing time.
Express delivery services may be available at an additional charge.
4. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet our timelines, delays may occur due to:
Unforeseen weather conditions
Heavy traffic
Operational issues
Local restrictions or strikes
In such cases, our team will proactively notify the customer and reschedule as needed.
5. Delivery Protocol
Items are carefully packed and sealed after processing.
Customers are required to verify and sign off on delivery upon receiving the items.
Any discrepancy or concern regarding the delivered items must be reported within 24 hours.
6. Unavailability at Time of Pickup/Delivery
If a customer is unavailable during the scheduled pickup or delivery:
Our team will attempt to contact the customer.
A second attempt will be made based on mutual convenience.
In case of repeated unavailability, a rescheduling fee may apply.
