Cancellation & Refund Policy

At White Rose Laundry, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality laundry services, but we understand that cancellations or concerns may arise.

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order free of charge if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Once garments have been collected for processing, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Service Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the issue. Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

Items were not picked up despite confirmed scheduling and advance payment.

Service damage: Significant damage or loss of garments due to our negligence (after proper investigation).

Incorrect billing: If a customer was wrongly charged for services not availed.

4. Refund Process
Upon validation, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

A confirmation email will be sent upon initiation of the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Garments were already processed as per order.

Customer failed to provide correct or complete information.

Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address.
